I use Organic, Wildcrafted and Biodynamic Flower Essences created by The Flower Essence Society and Saskias Flower Essences.

It is from a deep reverence for the natural world, energetics, and the Elements that I work with flower remedies.

I have also studied with both founders of the Flower Essence Society, Richard Katz + Patricia Kaminski.
